About Sabrina

Sabrina Salts is a proud Houston native, born and raised in the city’s East End, with a deep commitment to community advocacy and civic engagement. She is passionate about empowering residents, expanding access to resources, and strengthening the voices of underserved communities across Harris County.

She serves as Secretary of LULAC Council 60, where she plays an active role in advancing initiatives that support the Latino community through outreach, education, and leadership development.

Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from East Texas Baptist University, where she was also a four-year collegiate softball player. She remains dedicated to creating meaningful impact in the community she calls home.
